I am an Assistant Professor (Physics) and Chairman of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Z. H. Sikder University of Science and Technology (ZHSUST), Shariatpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh. I have set up all the practical needs for a physics lab at a newly established university and have visited various institutes and training centers to increase the knowledge required in the workplace without limiting themselves to just theoretical knowledge. I have taken a number of important steps in my role as Chairman of the Department for over three years such as updating academic curriculum consulting with experts, discussing sessions per week on GRE & IELTS, arranging internships for students in different institutions, organizing training for students on different software, organizing seminars on various demanding topics, conducting seminars on what students need for job market, organizing co & extra-curriculum activities etc.
